This man underwent post secondary revision gynecomastia surgery. Previously, he had another surgeon perform the initial surgery and didn’t feel they got it all. He came to the AGC for definitive treatment, “Bringing It Home.”The result appears minor at first, but if you look carefully, it’s really big. No puffy nipples and no small breast like features for sure – flat and masculine with the muscle as the showpiece of his chest.
