Patient Details

This patient had significant puffy nipples on both sides. These photos were taken about 5 months after treatment with flat nipple-areolas and a more defined chest. He was done with my body builders "frontal approach" without the need for liposuction (he had no fat and was all gland). These cases may be “smaller” in general appearance but they are more complicated as there is no room for error and these patients bleed more (it’s VERY real). These cases I often will use a small rubber “penrose” drain to allow blood/fluid drainage into a dressing for a day or two at most. I have to throw the kitchen sink at these cases because I want it perfect.
