Patient Details

This young man had typical mild gynecomastia up front in Zone 1 with puffy nipples. He actually had a fair amount of glandular tissue that was removed like the tip of the iceberg analogy during gynecomastia surgery. The frontal view isn’t that big of a change but you can clearly see the improvement on the oblique and the side views.
