Patient Details

This patient is 1 month out from his surgery and drove in two hours to see me. Most patients don’t return after gynecomastia treatment because they are doing just fine. He wanted me to evaluate how he was doing. What I saw was a phenomenal transformation with a new, masculine chest that made him look leaner and more fit. He had some scar tissue at the nipple-areola complexes with some adherence of the incision on both sides. I reassured him that he was doing very well and that he needs to use his mechanical massage gun to focus on the incisions. I used the gun on him and he said he wasn’t using it as hard as I demonstrated. Told him to work these areas two or three times a day for months to come until it was soft and flat. I injected some steroids to help soften the scar tissue. I show this case as an example of a patient 1 month out from treatment and what are some issues that are not uncommon at that early stage in the healing process. His future is bright and he was very happy to spend time with me. It was obvious that he is in the midst of his mental and physical transformation which is a heart warming reminder of why I am lucky to do what I do. He wanted me to take photos and share with you all for your benefit.
