Patient Details

This patient has a significant case of gynecomastia that played with his mind in a big way. I saw him at the time of these photos 11 months after surgery. He is uber happy and says it has changed his life and he has lost weight and has taken his shirt off at the pool without hesitation. He has some minor scar tissue on his left chest at the areola that I injected steroids to soften. He does have pectus excavatum which is a depression in the center of his chest (mild case). I see room for him to work out his pectoral muscles for better overall shape but he doesn’t seem to have the inclination to work out that much. He wanted me to post his case because I asked him if he was helping others and he said he hasn’t. This is his way of helping others!
