A classic Zone 1 gynecomastia case with a typical result. Note the masses removed and his post treatment day one photo and compare that to his most current photo (not much change). This illustrates my findings that gynecomastia results are almost immediate (out of the box), off the table, because that’s the way it is when you remove all the tissue as I published in the plastic surgery literature.
