Patient Details

This patient had downward directed nipple areola complexes. This shape is not super common but I do see a fair amount of these cases. They are often associated with larger, muscular guys with well developed pectoral muscles. Many fear that after treatment their nipple areola complexes will sag but as you can see in these photos that is not the typical result. He has some scar tissue on one side that we have been injecting steroids with good results. He has admittedly gains significant weight since treatment—“I’m getting older”. This is an imperfect but perfectly amazing result from treatment. His success lies in part to his efforts to manage his recovery. The optimal results from gynecomastia treatment very much depends on some luck and recovery investment on your part. If you want the best result you will need to work for it in most cases.
