Patient Details

This is a big Zone 1 case where I removed large glandular masses from both sides. He is about 4 months out from his procedure. He has done very well and is happy. I noticed a hypertrophic scar on his right side from the incision. He knew it was there but never mentioned it to me. I injected some steroids into it today and told him to come back a few times in the coming 6 months for injections that will make it smaller. Also included in the pictures is his postoperative day number 1 chest. As you can see, if all goes well there isn’t much of a difference between post treatment day 1 results and long term results if all goes well. This means no scar tissue formation or skin creases or folds. You always need to work on your recovery for best results or you need to be lucky.
