Patient Details

This patient has Zone 1 gynecomastia with puffy nipples managed with my standard approach to remove all the gynecomastia tissue with my layered closer to ensure a smooth even result. Removal of all the tissues ensures maximal flattening of the nipple-areola complex as well as making it smaller. It also theoretically minimizes recurrence and certainly doesn’t leave anything behind that the patient can feel or see.
