Patient Details

This patient is 4 months out from a fairly large gynecomastia surgery that we also did a video with. He is happy. He has some tethering of the incision at the bottom of the areola from scar and we told him to continue to work this area so it’s perfect. The physical transformation is real, the mental relief is even more so! I’m pleased with this result. The sagging chest appearance would have convinced inexperienced surgeons of the need for skin removal which obviously was not needed. He needs to continue to work on his posture.
