Patient Details

This young man is a formidable body builder (as if you couldn’t tell!) Like many, he took steroids and prohormones for muscle development. It is not uncommon that the develop gynecomastia. As much as they believe they can control with with “cycling” and other maneuvers, there really isn’t much science to it, unlike gynecomastia surgery. No matter, when they do get it there is often associated pain and glandular tissue present. He is seen here the day after I treated him with my standard technique. Internal sutures were needed to ensure an even, non depressed areola after COMPLETE tissue removal. Not bad. You can appreciate that his chest looks a lot better and he no longer has to deal with the pointed-puffy nipples that ruined the appearance of his chest and weighed on his mind.
