Patient Details

This young man has left-sided unilateral gynecomastia. Interestingly enough, his brother had unilateral gynecomastia that was quite similar but on the right side. He is seen here the NEXT DAY after standard gynecomastia surgery at the Austin Gynecomastia Center. Although he is swollen and has some dimpling of the skin from internal sutures, you can certainly appreciate the immediate improvement with treatment. This will only get better with time. It is unusual in his case to NOT need treatment on the other side as usually this is necessary so the result is smooth and symmetrical.
