Patient Details

This young man is an ex-college football player who has significant gynecomastia in Zones 1-4 of his chest with enlarged areolas. He is seen here after “standard” gynecomastia surgery with VASER™, traditional liposuction and tissue pull out technique through a partial periareolar incision. You can appreciate the remarkable improvement in the contour of his chest and the enhanced definition of his muscular chest. My experience with patients and their tattoo’s is that they get their chest tattoo to hide the appearance of their gynecomastia. In his case, he got the tattoo AFTER treatment because he is now proud of his chest and he wants to draw attention to his chest. It simply doesn’t get any better than this when illustrating the mental improvement that we strive for after treatment of our patients at the Austin Gynecomastia Center. I wish there was a “playbook” to follow after treatment but there isn’t. It’s a “go full steam ahead with your life” kind of attitude that will allow you to put one foot in front of the other until you are fully engaged with the good life!
