Gynecomastia Surgery BEFORE & AFTERS | Patient 19748

Patient Details

This patient had typical Zone 1 gynecomastia with puffy nipples. You see him 4 months after “standard” surgery for gynecomastia. Notice the improved contour, the smaller areolas and the more masculine chest. He is working out a lot now and is totally invested in his chest with a 90% mental recovery. He complained of a small amount of fullness on the right side under the areola and it was some scar tissue which we injected some Kenalog steroid to help make it smaller and softer.
