Patient Details

This patient had a fairly advanced case of gynecomastia. You can clearly appreciate two “female like breasts” on this young man. Obviously, this is not good. I approached him by looking at the entire upper chest area (Zones 1-4) as needed appropriate gynecomastia surgery to get his chest looking masculine. He is seen here about 1 year after treatment of his gynecomastia. There is a remarkable improvement and he has gone on to lose weight and his head is in a much better place.
