This young man developed gynecomastia as an adolescent. He was thin with very little body fat. He had puffiness of the nipple areolas on both sides. You can feel the masses. Here he is after gynecomastia surgery with VASER™ treatment and tissue removal with a small incision at the bottom of the areola.His contour is improved significantly. It may not be obvious in pictures but if you look carefully it’s a big deal.For the record, this is another black man treated at the AGC. I say this to all of my friends of color who tell me I don’t have enough before and after cases including men of color! I have plenty – it’s just that most of my patients are from out of state and I don’t get the opportunity to get their post-operative photos. I’ll try harder in the future so I show all the men who visit with me for gynecomastia surgery.
