Patient Details

This is a 25 year old male who is 205 lbs and 6’3″. He developed gynecomastia since puberty and it affects him tremendously. He is seen here after gynecomastia surgery with liposuction and glandular tissue removal. His contour is even except a small dip at the incision on the left side. Although this is very MINOR and we talked about this, I offered him a fat transfer to the area to see if I can make an improvement. This is something that won’t be seen in post-operative pictures as you really can’t see it when he is examined.
