Patient Details

This young man developed gynecomastia since puberty. He is severely traumatized by his gynecomastia. It’s a 10/10 in terms of the way it affects him mentally. He is seen here after gynecomastia treatment surgery of all three Zones (anterior chest, under his arms and the anterior armpit fullness) with liposuction. I removed 1000cc of fat and about 12 grams of tissue from each side. His result speaks for itself. He says he couldn’t be happier and feels the tremendous relief associated with gynecomastia removal. He once had breasts, and he no longer has them. This is a great time for him to lose some weight and work on improved pectoral muscle definition with chest exercise.
