This young man had previous gynecomastia treatment surgery elsewhere and was not satisfied with his result. He complained of continued fullness and a feminine appearance.He is seen here after gynecomastia surgery with removal of remaining glandular material and chest contouring with liposuction.He has gone on to lose some weight, but more importantly it has completely changed his life. He tells me that every aspect of his life is different now that he is cured of his gynecomastia. He is engaging life in all aspects without hesitation, he feels great about himself and is very appreciative for what I was able to accomplish at the AGC.The above paragraph actually does little justice to what this usually quite young man told me about how this changed his life. I almost felt uncomfortable because I felt that I was going to cry. To be able to have such an impact on the very core of a patient’s life is phenomenal.
