This young man developed gynecomastia since puberty and it persisted since then. It affects him as a 9/10. He is interested in weight changes over time. He complained of breast like prominence and puffy nipples. I removed about 750cc of fat and about 9 grams of gland on each side during his surgery for gynecomastia with liposuction.He is very pleased with the outcome of his gynecomastia surgery and has already lost 20 pounds. He is working out and admits that the procedure has “changed his life.”
