Patient Details

This young fit man developed gynecomastia after using testosterone replacement therapy for a low level. He is seen here after the gynecomastia surgery removal of about 18 grams of gland and 450cc of fat total. His contour is vastly improved, he has lost ten pounds, and the only issue I had with him was some scarring beneath the nipple areola complexes that required periodic steroid treatment in the office with nice improvement.
