This young man developed gynecomastia after pro hormone use. He is seen here about one year after gynecomastia surgery with liposuction and the cartilage shaver technique.As you can see from the pictures, the shaver removes the tissue in piecemeal fashion – that’s why it’s shown on his chest in that manner.
