Patient Details

This patient presented to me with an advanced case of idiopathic gynecomastia (we don’t know why he has it). He is seen in these photos ONLY seven days after gynecomastia surgery. I performed his Gynecomastia procedure with liposuction of 870cc of fat and some tissue removal through an incision at the bottom of his areolas. You can see this incredible difference at seven weeks. He is still swollen and bruised. His skin has retracted beautifully and that was our biggest concern. You can see in this video that he can actually see the flexion of his pectoralis muscle that was formally hidden behind all the tissue on his chest.
He tells me that the “pain” associated with the procedure feels like he worked out his chest muscles hard. He plans on losing weight and seeing how fit he can become now that he is past his Gynecomastia. We wish him the very best with this endeavor and can’t wait for him to come back for his long term follow up.
