Patient Details

This is a 52 year old man who had gynecomastia surgery thirty years ago. He complains of continued fullness and a divot on his left side. He told me he had a “hematoma” and was drained several times. He is seen here after a bilateral revision with the removal of some fat and firmer tissue/scar. When I saw him in person without his photos I thought he look pretty normal. When I actually compared his pre-operative and post-operative photos I realized that there was a very substantial difference. He looks more sculpted for sure.
