This is a 40 year old man who presented to the Austin Gynecomastia Center for gynecomastia surgery that he told me he has had since puberty.He is seen here after a “classic” procedure with liposuction of 675cc of fat as well as the removal of a small amount of glandular tissue from each side.He is pleased with his result. His contour is quite normal and there are no irregularities. He needs to ensure that he watches his weight.
