Patient 19666
This is a 27 year old male who is 5’7″ and 141 pounds who complained of gynecomastia or puffy nipples. On a scale of 1-10 in terms of severity, he rated it as a “10/10”. He is seen here about five months after gynecomastia surgery with the cartilage shaver alone. He developed a small right chest hematoma two days after surgery which was treated by removing the blood with a needle and syringe. He required a steroid injection into some scar tissue that he had under his nipple areolas on both sides. His result is as you can see. The most noticeable photo is the side view (as always).
