Patient Details

This is a 22 year old male who is 5’8″ and about 150 pounds who presented to me complaining of gynecomastia since puberty. He is in good shape, is not overweight and on examination had relatively well localized dense tissue about the area of his nipple-areola complexes. He has puffy nipples. This bothers him a lot. He is seen here about seven weeks after gynecomastia treatment surgery with liposuction and the cartilage shaver. I removed 100cc of fat total and about 25 grams of tissue with the shaver.These results are early. It will only get better with time. I can clearly see a huge difference in his personality. He has been liberated. He gave me a gift (a guy who gives a guy a gift is happy for sure). I am very happy for him and I am privileged to have impacted his life in a very positive way.
