Patient Details

This is a young man who complained of gynecomastia under his nipples. It bothers him as an “8/10” and affects him negatively each and every day. He is seen here after gynecomastia surgery of tissue that is shown on one of his photographs. It was mostly glandular material. It was removed with a small incision at the border of the bottom of his areola. He had a small amount of scar tissue under the right side that I treated with two steroid injections over several months. You can see that the nipple-areola’s are no longer “puffy” and they are flat. He is happy with his results.
