Patient Details

This is a 24 year old Austin, Texas gynecomastia patient, 5’10” and 175 pounds who presented to the Austin Gynecomastia Center complaining of puffy nipples. He told me that it has been present since puberty. He is healthy. His big problem is with shirts. He is seen here after gynecomastia surgery and removal of mostly glandular tissue beneath the nipple area on both sides (you can see the specimens in the photo). I also contoured the chest area with liposuction, removing about 75cc of fat.He is really pleased with his early result. These pictures are only five weeks after his Gynecomastia removal procedure. He needs to continue to massage the scar tissue that forms under his chest skin after removal of the tissue. The pictures show a difference, but you are to look more carefully than a really large case. It’s interesting to note that it’s not just the really big cases that make for the most satisfied patients. The smaller cases are just as significant to the person who has gynecomastia and thinks about it daily.
