Patient Details

This is a 23 year old male, 6’2″ and 190 pounds who was interested in treatment for gynecomastia that has been present since puberty. His main complaint are the puffy nipples. He is seen here after gynecomastia surgery with both liposuction and tissue excision through a small incision around the lower part of his areolas. I removed a moderate amount of actual dense breast tissue which was responsible for the “puffy nipples”.He is engaged in regular exercise and he is eating quite healthy now. His results are very pleasing to him. He looks quite good – his results are certainly more masculine in appearance, his “puffy nipples” are not flat and normal, and he tells me that he doesn’t even think about having gynecomastia anymore.
